The Ely Planning Company was founded by Wayne Chrzanowski. He has maintained a strong passion for architectural design since graduating from university with honours in the 90s.
Since then he has been involved in a multitude of projects. He has been fortunate to have worked for a number of leading RIBA architects and practices bringing along with him a handful of skilled professionals he now recruits to run The Ely Planning Company.
Amongst these professionals include, Architectural Technicians, Designers, Engineers and a friendly administrative team. Due to the diversity of his team the company are able to offer a competitive sliding scale of fees to accommodate any size project - whether it is a domestic extension or housing development, the same care and attention is guaranteed throughout the process.
