We understand that the process of engaging an architect will be new experience for many people and with this in mind you can rest easy. We tailor make packages to suit your needs and budget.
The first step is to arrange a free, no-obligation consultation where we can give you some ideas on how your property can be enhanced, or guide you on a new project from scratch. At this meeting we will discuss your wish-list for the project, focusing on what you want to achieve and highlighting any problems that need solving. We will think in terms of how you will use the spaces now and in the future, rather than what needs to be built.
From this we will tailor-make a package for you, assess whether you need full or partial service, advise on fees and suggest timescales to bring your project to a reality.
We work for you, so whether it’s just ideas on combining spaces you need, extending your home outwards (or upwards!), or starting from a blank canvas we are happy to be as involved as you want us to be.
By engaging ideas with us we will share our experience of contemporary and traditional architecture with you. We have a dedicated back up of Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Chartered surveyors and Energy consultants that we can bring economically to the table as required.

Quality of service : Very helpful in explaining the process and advised on some of our suggestions. We took his advice on most things.
Value for money : Fair price. We still have to receive planning but hopefully we can move onto the building regs side of things and get the ball rolling.

First site visit free of charge, arranged over the phone, friendly helpful manner, good contact via email with estimated figures. Seemed knowledgeable and listened/offered advice. Kathryn was back on Monday 16th June to do the site measurements and meet Mr Hendy for discussion of ideas. We now await the drawings. Thank you, good service.
