Promptness of response : I received a message asking for more details of the survey required following my initial search & an appointment within a week.
Quality of service : The surveyor, Gareth, communicated well before and during the survey appointment. He gave a verbal report based on his findings and made sure of I was aware of when the written report would be received. As many of my tenants work from home and have pets in their flats too some trades might find this difficult but Gareth just got on with his job & kept disturbance to the minimum.
Value for money : I thought it was an ok price for the time it took.
Professionalism : Absolutely, Gareth was very professional and knowledgeable.
