Following the initial consultation, we will check the property planning history before issuing a fee quotation and brief summary of your requirements. Upon written approval to proceed, we shall survey the property and prepare an initial sketch scheme for your comments. We use ArchiCad software which is a 3d design programme. Autocad is used for more traditional design projects. Once a proposal has been approved, we prepare and submit the drawings for planning approval, and subsequently produce and submit the drawings & specification for building regulations approval. Tender drawings / specification and construction details are then produced if required.
