Promptness of response :  I am the landlord of a small rented property where the bathroom light was found to be defective on carrying out an annual inspection. Response was immediate, quotation was reasonable, visit to site was prompt, work to deal with the minor emergency was efficiently carried out, advice was helpful. I am currently awaiting a further quotation for upgrading to meet current requirements & correction of minor defects.
