Promptness of response : They weren't the quickest but I wish I'd waited for them.
Quality of service : They saw me within 24 hrs and did a thorough job.
Value for money : I did have to go back and forth to get them to honour their quote, but it came good in the end.
Professionalism : I've not received my report yet, but it's only been a few working hours. The electrician was very pleasant and professional.
