We had a structural survey carried out by Abbo in August. (This was requested from a surveyor for our mortgage) I contacted Abbo after finding his website on Google (local builder/surveyor). He was very informative and helpful when I was asking about reports and work. He was always thinking about his customer and not his own back pocket like other companies. He wanted to make sure his service was right for us, and he had the correct qualifications that the Bank/ Survey company were asking for before he completed anything. This way this would save us money in the long run and also mean we are getting the correct report first time. This amazing man has been a rock throughout our process. Every hurdle we came across he was there to help. We plan on using Abbo for building works in our house and even through work has not been carried out as of yet he will still get 5 stars from us.
