Promptness of response :  We needed a pre-purchase CCTV scan. Anthony made the whole process so easy, all we had to do was instruct him and he got on with it. He liased with the estate agent and got the job done within 24hrs. He then phoned me to discuss his findings and followed that up with a report with diagrams. I was able to ring him afterwards to further discuss what remedial work options I had and he then emailed quotes. His report and advice gave us invaluable insight into what we were taking on and enabled us to negotiate a better price for our property.On top of this he charged a flat, fair price for the job (many other companies charge by time). We would definitely use him again. Highly recommended.
