Promptness of response :  I was pleasantly surprised that within 10 minutes of requesting quotes from local surveyors direct I received an email from Castle Surveyors detailing the services they offered and a price breakdown. It was extremely clear.
Quality of service :  When I rang them with a few questions prior to asking them to carry out work for me the administrator I spoke to was helpful and gave me all the details I wanted. Once I agreed to use them the contract was emailed to me with clear instructions including a video on how to sign a digital document. My survey was carried out as agreed.
