Promptness of response :  Brian was excellent. He managed to squeeze me in and do my building survey in less than a week by doing it over the weekend. I need it fast as it was a cash purchase and I have a trip coming up soon. A lot of the surveyors had backlogs and the closest date I was able to get was in 3 weeks.
Quality of service :  The building is not a typical building as it is a house flat convert. Brian did explain it in the report thoroughly but also took the time to answer my questions and explain some of the issues to me over the phone in laymen's terms.
Value for money :  The work Brian provided was excellent and good value for money. He kindly provided some extra work that work that was not part of the area work scope but was needed in a certain part of the property.
Professionalism :  Brian was very profession. Even after the payment was complete and the report sent. He took the time to explain to me over the phone a number of things that were not very clear to me.
