Promptness of response :  The appointment to do the survey was made for 3 hours after I contacted the surveyor who was to be in the area that same afternoon. He simply added the EPC to his list for the day.
Quality of service :  The surveyor cracked on with the survey on his arrival, gave a verbal overview and returned the full details and certificate later that afternoon by email.
Value for money :  Excellent value. Many other quoted were almost twice the price.
Professionalism :  Friendly and timely service. I would use this surveyor again.
