Promptness of response :  When booking the job we agreed he would be on site for 9am I called him at 8:30am on the day to confirm this, he then changed the time and said he will see me at 11am.
Quality of service :  Really bad service, I asked for a floorplan and it was not acceptable, I asked for heights and specific dimensions of the room and he didn't even include them. When I called him back to try and sort the drawings out he didn't answer the phone, I called him a few time no answer.
Value for money :  Really bad. Lied about service and did half a job.
Professionalism :  Floorplan wasn't even a floor plan, sent me boxes with no diagram and missing measurements. I then tried to get back in touch no answer.
