Quality of service :  Good service, but the report is not complete yet, as I have not heard from the company since the survey was done.

Promptness of response :  The building survey was arranged with the estate agents through whom the property was being sold and carried out within two days. The report took a further 7 working days to be completed.
Quality of service :  The report covers a basic assessment of the state of the building, including structural details. I would have expected more information e.g. on the layout of drains, and general state of electrics.
Value for money :  I think this was a reasonable charge for the work undertaken, if at the high end.
Professionalism :  I found a good response to my enquiry when calling by phone.

I rang him with the problem that I was going away on holiday in 2 days and the property we were interested in was being sold by a corporate company who seem to want everything completed immediately. He was extremely helpful. Although he was unable to come out himself because of his work schedule, he immediately made arrangements for one of his colleagues to come out the next morning.
