Promptness of response :  He was the only one, who answered at once to my telephone call. We made an appointment, but he had to cancel it, he had an emergency call. He apologised and gave me a number of an other electrician, whom he recommended and who was his friend. I took him and he is now working for me. So I got satisfied, and this other electrician seems to be very good too. So through him I found somebody competent, and I am very happy. I am going to use your service again for a plumber.
