Promptness of response :  The survey was carried out as soon as they were able. I did ask if it could have been on an earlier date however they were unable due other commitments. This hasn't caused any issues or delayed anything.
Quality of service :  Very comprehensive report and also I was able to discuss it on the phone before I received the printed report. Also came with photos which was very useful.
