Promptness of response : Responded promptly, but then forgot about us and needed chasing to come see the job and quote on it.
Quality of service : The work didnt take long at all, Wayne cleared up as best he could. Didn't have all the right materials on him, so needs to come back to finish off.
Value for money : Wayne gave us some good ideas for how to solve our lighting problems. We have it all done now and it's made a difference, but nearly £500 for half a days work seems pricey.
Professionalism : Friendly yet professional.
