Hello Just to comment on the service of "Local Surveyors Direct", we found our Surveyor Tim Foster who only lives just a few miles from where we are. He drew up our plans, brought them back to us all within a week, arranging all the building regulations, and was very helpful. His fees where very very reasonable compared with most of the others. We are highly satisfied and would certainly recommend Tim to others.
