Anna telephoned me direct and without any pressure applied whatsoever discussed my requirements. Although very busy found time to attend and see the job I needed doing. Attended within a few days and was such a nice lady, nothing was too much trouble. Thorough assessment and measurements taken, plans completed within 10 days and application submitted for me. Anna promptly supplied us with the structural calculations for our project and at a reasonable price. The work was carried out with very little mess due to the careful placing of dust sheets and clearing up by the workmen. James has kept us fully informed re scheduling of works and been very helpful in answering all our queries. Within one week the work has been completed, the Building Inspector is happy and so are we. We will definitely use this company again.
