I subsequently instructed a survey from Andrew Lashbrook Ltd, Bath and the work was carried out promptly and to my satisfaction. I found the website very helpful, it put me in touch with surveyors I would not have realised covered my area, and the quotes were much less (around half the price) of those I obtained from a local firm, so it was a useful resource and saved me a considerable amount of money.
