Quality of service :  We discussed the aspects of the survey prior to it happening and the written survey report was emailed to me on the day the survey happened. I was also given a verbal overview of the survey by telephone and was invited to call back, once I received the written report, with any queries.
Value for money :  The survey was extremely comprehensive and contained photographs too. Well worth the cost.
