Promptness of response :  Albright contacted me straightaway but explained that they could no carry out a survey until about a week later which was fine for my timetable. They were able to confirm who would be carrying out the survey which was reassuring because the reviews I had read talked about Guy and that is who I got.
Quality of service :  Report was produced to time and was sent electronically and by post (bound copy). In addition, before he went to the property, Guy took time to respond to an e-mail I had sent him listing the things I wanted him to check out. He took time to methodically go through every point I had made and to reassure me that all points of concern would be covered. On the day of the survey he rang me to confirm he had received a report I had e-mailed to the office that day about a particular issue relating to the property and which I had only just received from the managing agents.He also reassured me that he had considered it as part of his inspection. He took a lot of time to take me through point by point and gave me a summary of his view of the overall state of the property and any concerns he had. The report when it arrived covered the same points so I was quickly able to procede with the sale.
Value for money :  I had a full survey done which is never cheap but I felt that the service I got was value for money

Quality of service :  Roland, who came to measure up and do the sums, was most amiable and seemed to be quite experienced. He answered any questions I had.He explained that it was a specialist area.
Value for money :  Their fee was a bit more expensive than I had expected to pay but probably not excessive as it is a specialist area I am told.They provided me with PDF's of their calculations plus a hard copy within a week of calling.
Professionalism :  Definitely professional.

Really pleased that a friend recommended this website; it was easy to use, the results were quick and accurate, and we found a reputable company at a reasonable price, I used Albright Surveyors. We had quick contact from them and they were knowledgeable and professional when we called with questions. We chose them as a medium quote with good customer service. We had to wait a few days to book the survey but not an unreasonable length of time and they were upfront about this, we weren't in a rush and as the report followed the inspection quickly there wasn't an issue.
