AK-Studios is based across the areas surrounding M25, Greater London and the Home Counties. Our regional presence in Watford and St Albans and its surroundings give us the ability to service our clients in all nearby locations as well.
AK-Studios founder Amna Khan is a registered ARB Architect. She has been part of many residential award-winning firms for more than a decade. Amna has completed ARB Part 3 qualification from Bartlett, UCL.
Amna’s experience, passion and client focussed approach is at the heart of every project taken at AK-Studios. Being a small firm, we pride ourselves with our personal commitment to our clients and go the extra mile.

Then I had the good fortune to come across AK Studios. Amna is a real qualified architect and it shows. Her knowledge and experience immediately gave me confidence that this was someone who knew what they were talking about. Her service is extremely prompt and very competitively priced. Plans were produced and submitted for approval very quickly. We received our planning permission for our project and despite the planning department being particularly picky and awkward Amna has dealt with it all for us with very little effort from ourselves. Would have no hesitation in recommending Amna and AK Studios.

Our situation was slightly complicated because it would make a two link-detached properties into semi-detached. From day one Amna came in and handled all the work for us. Not just designing the extension but also dealing with planning permissions and building regulations. She's always calm and collected, but most of all she is most excellent at explaining things to a novice like me and giving advice where necessary. We're planning on a garden extension soon and I'll be sure to use her services again. Highly recommended.
