Alex, our Senior designer is an affiliated member of The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and has vast experience of completing over 1000 projects in the last 4 years.

Initially starting his career as a design apprentice drawing different projects from single storey extensions, loft conversions to more larger projects such as new build house. He has a full understand of UK planning laws and building regulations to work with you on your project.

Wayne, is responsible for our sales and management, having spent 30 years in the British Army before changing careers to manage a few design businesses covering East & West Midlands.

Alex and Wayne both feel that the customer care is the most important aspect and therefore will work with you throughout the process to achieve your desired outcomes.

We use the latest Revit drawing software to produce your designs and create 3D images as a standard service to allow you to visualise the changes to your home. All meetings to discuss your designs are carried out online where we can interact and work with you to finalise your designs.
