Promptness of response :  Tony had called me and arranged a suitable time to visit within 30 mins of me making the initial request through this site.
Quality of service :  Tony was extremely friendly and came round the same day at an agreed time and completed the EPC certificate within the deadline he had set himself to provide it.
Value for money :  The price quoted on this website was the exact cost of the certificate.
Professionalism :  Tony was running a bit late due to traffic (can't be helped) and called me to keep me constantly updated on his progress with a new ETA whenever he made progress on his journey. I don't usually feel comfortable when strangers are completing work in my house but he was very friendly and it didn't feel like a stranger was here doing work. He explained what he was doing and how the scores work as he was going on along with providing tips on what can be done to increase the final EPC score.
